Born and raised in New York City, Virginia didn’t have to travel far to set out for her dreams and fulfill her love of creativity. She began her apprenticeship at the prestigious Rita Hazan Salon and trained extensively for five years working closely with top celebrity stylists in-house and traveling to photo shoots. Her time invested here was invaluable in developing her skills and building a strong foundation in all her work. She went on to briefly join the John Frieda downtown Salon, fine tuning her techniques and elevating her aesthetic with the industries top editorial stylists.

Now working as a freelance artist, Virginia’s approach to hair is nuanced and modern yet timeless. Her distinct talent and work ethic keep her much sought after, balancing a busy schedule between an extremely diverse and loyal private clientele and styling for editorial/commercial photo and video shoots as well as participating regularly in New York fashion week.

Virginia currently resides in Brooklyn, New York with her husband, 2 young daughters and dog and is available to travel for work.
